		Calico is a new automatic multi-row stitcher for the casual photographer. Calico was developed with ease of use in mind. Unlike many other stitching programs, Calico does not limit you to a single row of images or a 3x3 mosaic. With Calico, you can shoot several rows of images or a single row. It's your choice. Calico requires OS X.4 (Tiger). In current panorama software, the images must be entered in a carefully sorted order before the software can make the panorama. Not so with Calico. Calico can automatically recognize unordered image sets and automatically align and stitch them often only needing the user to tell Calico which way is 'up' for the starting image. Stitching in Calico can be as easy as two steps: 1) Load your images, then 2) Make the panorama (but most users will prefer the standard three steps of Load, Align and Make, where the Align step aligns the images and creates a preview panorama). In addition to the standard single row panorama that most programs support, Calico can stitch multiple rows to automatically make a full 360x180 spherical panorama that can be easily converted to cubic QTVR files using third party software.
